How to make your payment

When you sign up for your project, you will pay your deposit online by card or bank transfer. You can also pay over the phone too.

Once we receive your deposit, you’ll unlock your personal MyProjectsAbroad Page. This is your one-stop shop for managing your payments and keeping track of your journey. You can check your invoice, make payments by card or bank transfer, and even print receipts – all in one secure and easy-to-use online space.

Can I pay everything upfront?

Will Projects Abroad take automatic payments from my account?

Never! We believe in transparency and control. You decide when and how much you pay. You can set up automatic transfers from your bank if you want, but that’s your choice.

Is there a fee to access the flexible payment plan?

No. We want to make your payment as easy to understand as possible. Unlike some other travel companies, we don’t charge any fees for choosing to pay in instalments.
